feeling.gift sells exclusively digital goods. There is nothing to pack, nothing to ship, and no waiting for a delivery van. Your emotion is delivered instantly — anywhere in the world, at any hour — the moment your payment is confirmed.
Digital Delivery Only
All products sold on feeling.gift are limited-edition digital artworks (NFTs) minted on the Cardano blockchain. We do not sell or ship physical goods of any kind. No packaging, no courier, no customs delays — ever.
Delivery is global by default. It makes no difference whether you are in Bucharest, Berlin, New York, or Tokyo — your digital artwork reaches you in exactly the same way, at exactly the same speed.
Delivery Cost
Digital delivery is always free. There are no shipping fees, handling charges, import duties, or customs fees associated with your purchase. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.
How Delivery Works
Here is exactly what happens from the moment you complete your purchase:
Stripe processes your payment securely. This takes a matter of seconds under normal conditions.
You receive an email at the address provided at checkout. This email contains your order details, your digital artwork, and instructions for accessing or claiming your NFT. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Your NFT is minted on the Cardano blockchain and held securely in feeling.gift’s custody on your behalf. This is your property from the moment of purchase.
You may claim your NFT to your personal Cardano wallet at any time — immediately, or years from now. There is no deadline. See Section 5 for full details.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@feeling.gift before assuming non-delivery. Always check your spam or junk folder first.
The Buy Now, Claim Later System
feeling.gift operates a custody model designed so that anyone — with or without crypto knowledge — can receive and own a digital artwork NFT.
Upon purchase, your NFT is minted and held securely by feeling.gift on your behalf. You do not need a Cardano wallet to receive or enjoy your artwork. You can view your digital artwork, share it, and display it without ever interacting with a blockchain.
When you are ready to take full on-chain ownership, you can claim your NFT to any compatible Cardano wallet — such as Eternl Lace or Vespr. We provide simple step-by-step guidance for this — no technical knowledge required.
There is no expiry on unclaimed NFTs. Your artwork is held safely in our custody indefinitely, at no additional cost.
Gifting Delivery
If you purchase an emotion as a gift, the recipient receives a beautifully designed gift notification email at the address you provide at checkout. This email contains their artwork and simple instructions to access or claim it.
Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot redeliver gifts sent to incorrect addresses. If you realise you have entered a wrong email address, contact us immediately at info@feeling.gift — if the gift has not yet been opened we may be able to assist.
Recipients do not need a crypto wallet, a feeling.gift account, or any prior knowledge of NFTs to receive and enjoy their gift.
Worldwide Availability
feeling.gift delivers to every country in the world. There are no geographic restrictions on purchasing or receiving our digital artworks. Currency conversion for international purchases is handled automatically by Stripe at the prevailing exchange rate.
Regulations governing NFT ownership vary by country. It is your responsibility to ensure that owning and receiving an NFT is permitted under the laws of your country of residence. We make no representations regarding the legal status of NFTs in any specific jurisdiction.
Blockchain Network Delays
NFT minting requires confirmation on the Cardano blockchain. Under normal conditions this is fast, but during periods of high network activity, minting may take longer than usual. This is outside our control.
Blockchain network delays do not affect your access to your digital artwork — you can view and enjoy your purchase immediately via your order confirmation email regardless of minting status.
If your NFT has not been confirmed on-chain within 72 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@feeling.gift and we will investigate.
Failed Delivery
If you believe your order confirmation email was not delivered due to an error on our side — not an incorrect email address or spam filter — please contact us at info@feeling.gift with your full name and the email address used at checkout. We will investigate and redeliver within 3 business days.
Non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout is not eligible for redelivery or refund. Please double-check your email address before completing your order.
No Physical Shipping
feeling.gift does not offer physical prints, packaging, or merchandise at this time. All products are digital only. If a premium print option becomes available in future, it will be clearly marked as a separate product with its own delivery terms.
