feeling.gift sells limited-edition digital artworks (NFTs) on the Cardano blockchain. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, specific conditions apply to refunds under EU consumer law. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Goods & EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been fully delivered, where the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By completing your purchase on feeling.gift, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital artwork and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery of the digital content.
Refund Eligibility
- Digital artwork has been delivered to your account or claimed to your wallet
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased the wrong emotion or rarity tier
- The artwork does not match your personal taste or expectations
- Technical issues on your device or wallet prevent access to the NFT
- Duplicate purchase of the same emotion and rarity tier in a single session
- Non-delivery within 7 days through no fault of incorrect contact details
- Verified technical failure in our minting or delivery system
Eligible Refund Conditions
You accidentally purchased the same emotion and rarity tier twice in a single session. Contact us within 48 hours with your order numbers.
You completed payment but did not receive your digital artwork or claim link within 7 days, and the issue was not caused by incorrect contact details provided at checkout.
A verified error in our minting or delivery system prevented you from receiving what you paid for.
The Buy Now, Claim Later System
feeling.gift operates a “buy now, claim later” model. Your NFT is minted and held securely on your behalf until you choose to claim it to your personal Cardano wallet. This holding period does not affect the refund policy — the digital good is considered delivered at the point of purchase confirmation.
There is no expiry on unclaimed NFTs. Your artwork will remain safely held in our custody indefinitely.
Limited Editions & Scarcity
All emotions on feeling.gift are minted in strictly limited editions. Once sold out, they are gone forever and will not be reminted. Because of this, we are unable to exchange one emotion for another — each purchase is final and intentional by design.
Gifted NFTs
If you purchased an emotion as a gift for someone else, refund eligibility follows the same rules above. The recipient is not able to request a refund — only the original purchaser may contact us regarding order issues.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We take payment disputes seriously. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or Stripe without first contacting us, we reserve the right to revoke access to the digital artwork pending resolution.
We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve legitimate issues quickly and fairly.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by Romanian law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
Digital goods cannot be returned once delivered — but if something genuinely goes wrong on our side, we will make it right.
