You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from feeling.gift. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we have reason to believe the buyer is underage.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

feeling.gift offers limited-edition digital artworks representing human emotions, minted as NFTs on the Cardano blockchain. Each emotion is available in three rarity tiers — Standard, Rare, and Legendary — with strictly limited edition numbers. Once an edition sells out, it will never be reminted or reissued.

All artworks are AI-generated and hand-curated. Product images displayed on the website are representative of the final artwork. Minor variations in rendering may occur between preview and delivered artwork — these do not constitute a defect.

Collections are released biennially. Emotions from one collection will not appear in future collections. New collections will feature entirely new emotions and artwork.

By clicking “Add to Cart” and completing checkout, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected product at the stated price. A contract between you and feeling.gift is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address.

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. The final price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store card details — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under their own security standards.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout — not the price at any earlier or later time.

Currency conversion for non-EUR bank accounts is handled by your card provider. We are not responsible for any conversion fees charged by your bank.

Upon successful payment, your digital artwork is considered delivered. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details and instructions for accessing or claiming your NFT.

Delivery of digital goods is immediate upon payment confirmation. There are no physical goods shipped. No shipping fees apply.

feeling.gift operates a custody model for NFT delivery. Upon purchase, your NFT is minted on the Cardano blockchain and held securely in feeling.gift’s custody on your behalf.

You may claim your NFT to your personal Cardano wallet at any time — days, months, or years after purchase. There is no expiry on this right. Claiming is optional: your NFT remains safely held in our custody if you choose not to claim.

To claim your NFT, you will need a compatible Cardano wallet. We provide simple guidance for this process — no prior crypto knowledge is required.

Once claimed to your personal wallet, the NFT is entirely your property and outside of our control. We cannot reverse, retrieve, or modify an NFT once it has been transferred to your wallet.

You may purchase any emotion as a gift for another person by entering their email address at checkout. The recipient will receive a gift notification email with instructions to access their artwork.

You are responsible for ensuring the recipient’s email address is correct. We cannot redeliver gifts sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

The recipient is not required to have a Cardano wallet or any crypto knowledge to receive and enjoy their gift. Claiming the NFT on-chain is optional for recipients.

Gifted NFTs are subject to the same terms as purchased NFTs. The original buyer, not the recipient, is the party to the purchase contract with feeling.gift.

You agree not to use feeling.gift or its products for any of the following purposes:

feeling.gift provides its products and services “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, regarding our products and services.

If you subscribe to our Collector Alerts, you consent to receive a maximum of four (4) emails per calendar year from feeling.gift. These emails will relate exclusively to: new collection announcements, low stock warnings, sellout notifications, and seasonal gifting reminders.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. Unsubscribing will not affect any active orders or your access to purchased NFTs.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. We will notify Collector Alert subscribers of material changes by email.

We may update, modify, or discontinue aspects of the feeling.gift platform at any time, provided these changes do not affect your ownership of NFTs already purchased or your right to claim them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Digital Content Directive (2019/770/EU).

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at info@feeling.gift — we resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and fairly without formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
